The feature described in this Help topic is available only if any of the following versions of both Office SharePoint Server 2007 and Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 are installed: Chinese (Traditional), Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, or Korean.
- Click Site Action tab on the top right of the Site page. If the tab is not shown, make sure that you are logged in as administrator.
- Click Site Settings to go to the Site Settings page. You may have to click Site Settings and Modify All Site Settings again according to the templates applied to sites.
- To go to the Group Approval Templates page, under Group Approval Administration, click Templates.
- On the taskbar on the top of the screen, click New Template.
- In the New Template page, specify the settings as needed.
- Name and Description Enter the name of the template to be displayed and a brief description.
- Document Template Specify the location where the already created template is saved.
- Default Template The default template is displayed at the top of the template list. This template is used if the submitter clicks New without selecting a specific template. To specify your template as the default template, click Yes.
- Receiving Organization Documents that have finished the approval process as approved are stored in the folder within the Archived folder that corresponds to the organization that the submitter belongs to. You can also create and save an additional copy of those files in another organization's folder.
- Direction of Signature Insertion Specifies the way to fill the signature in. Default value is from left to right and from up to down. If needed, you can set the value from right to left and from down to up.
- Click OK to publish the template in the Web folder. To cancel the publishing, click Cancel.
- Add a document ID label to add the document number to a signature document. To learn how to add a document number label to a registered template, click Add document number label.
