The LanguageCert qualification constitutes Intellectual Property (IP) of PeopleCert Qualifications Ltd, a UK registered company of PeopleCert Group.

PeopleCert UK Ltd, PeopleCert International  S.A., PeopleCert Hellas S.A., PeopleCert Global Services S.A. are also PeopleCert Group companies offering marketing and operational services with relation to the LanguageCert qualification.

For the purposes of this website, reference to the term PeopleCert shall be deemed to include and refer to any of the above companies.
